Some of our products are NOT made by Native American people or have any historic value as artifacts of Native American People, they are OUR Art Work reproductions of Native American, Western and Southwestern people. Our items that are "Native American Indian made" will be marked as such. They Are Not Indian Products or Indian Produced as defined by 26 USA-305 et Seq. All of our raw materials come from licensed farms, tanneries or recylce facilities. We DO NOT use any by-products from endangered wildlife.

HOW TO ORDER

Shipping costs need to be calculated after you enter your address, BUT BEFORE YOU ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INORMATION. We ship most orders via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. Some items are oversize and need to be shipped UPS. Back to Top or Home

PAYMENT METHODS

2. Terms of Sale: The preferred payment method is by Credit Card, which will provide the same as 30-day terms on your purchase. Customers must be pre-pay if paid by check or money. Checks returned for any reason will be charged a $25.00 service fee. We will not ship any order C.O.D. HDO reserves the right to refuse any order and qualify every customer regarding their eligibility to purchase and to qualify for payment.

3. Non-USA Export Customers: All non-USA shipments must be paid in US Funds prior to shipping.

4. Shipping and Freight Charges: All most all orders will be shipped via US Post Office or UPS with shipping prepaid. Truck freight orders are shipped freight pre-paid. Call for overnight and other services. Refused or unclaimed shipments will be charged for all freight, storage or claims. Shipping shortages must be reported to HDO and the carrier within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

5. Merchandise Return Policy: If you need to return any product, call or fax and we will issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Upon receipt of a RMA number, ship the package back in original condition and in original packaging. Our goal is always to maintain the lowest prices possible. Part of our cost containment is reflected in our return policy. Returns for replacement or exchange will not be subject to a restocking fee. Returns for refunds are subject to a restock fee of 20% or $15, whichever is greater.Back to Top or Home

6. Product Warranty & Guarantee: HDO Guaranty: Every item we sell is covered by our 30-Day Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt.. All products returned must be in "like-new" condition and in original packaging and are subject to a restock fee of 20% or $15, which ever is greater. Manufactures warranties: All products sold are covered under the manufactures guarantee.

7. Lost or Damaged Goods: All claims for the loss or damage of merchandise must be made directly against the carrier. Once the shipping carrier has picked up your order from us and is in receipt of the merchandise, liability for your order is the responsibility of the shipper. All claims for the loss or damage of merchandise for orders shipped via US Post Office an dUPS or other ground carrier will be determined on a case-by-case bases after research of facts is known. 8. Special Orders & Cancellations: a 20% fee will be assessed for any special order that is cancelled before shipping. Any special order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped.

9. Refunds: No cash or check refunds, merchandise credit only, however, all claims will be determined on a case-by-case bases after research of facts is done.

10. Price Changes: All prices, terms and policies are subject to change without notice.

SPECIAL NOTE: We will do everything possible to ship your item(s) within 7 business days of placing your order, please keep in mind, that the items we sale are hand-made or special order, therefore, it may take a few weeks before we can ship your order. We may also charge your credit card before we ship your item(s) so that the artist, crafter or manufacturer will produce the item(s) for your order. If there is a long delay or we are unable to deliver the items you ordered in a reasonable amount of time, we will credit your card for any product you did not receive. Prices shown are subject to change and subject to stock on hand, without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, HOME DECORATING ONLINE, L.L.C., reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and subsequently cancelled due to a price error, HOME DECORATING ONLINE, L.L.C., shall issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price. SALES TAXES
Orders shipped within the state of Arizona will be charged and have withheld a 8.1% sales tax. Sales tax for orders shipped outside the state of Arizona is not charged or withheld and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BACK ORDERED AND DROP SHIPMENTS
We make every effort to have all parts available for immediate shipment. In the event that part of your order is on Back Order, we will ship the available parts and mark the "Back Order" column of the invoice to designate those part(s) that are on Back Order. You will also be notified by phone or e-mail if any items are on Back Order and be given the estimated delivery time. If any parts you order are out of stock in our warehouse, to save time, we will often have them Drop Shipped directly to you from the manufacturer
